Soft-deletes a campaign owned by the authenticated account and cascades the soft-delete to its sequences, events, and automation rules. Linked forms, goals, merge tags, and campaign links are unlinked, and library/sequence-map rows are removed. Returns HTTP 200 with an empty data. The operation is effectively idempotent from the caller's view: a campaign that is already deleted (or never existed) returns 404.
