Returns the account-owned broadcast's saved open/click/reply tag actions, the links found in its current active message body, and reply-tracking context. Use before set_broadcast_tag_actions to preserve unrelated rules. Saved click URLs remain in actions even if they are no longer present in the current body. All tag identifiers are UUIDs; no numeric tag, EDS, or account IDs are returned. Both GET and POST are accepted.
