Get broadcast send rule

https://api.campaignrefinery.com/rest/broadcasts/get_broadcast_send_rule/{broadcast_uuid}

Returns the send rule on a broadcast, scoped to the authenticated account. data is null when the broadcast has no rule. Both GET and POST are accepted.
