Get offer performance

get
https://api.campaignrefinery.com/rest/offers/get_offer_performance

Returns per-offer affiliate reporting for the account over an optional date range. Omit from/to for lifetime totals. offer_uuid is null when a reported offer is not (or no longer) in the synced catalog. Requires a connected offer integration. Both GET and POST are accepted.
